Home Staging by Trisha Ross Interiors.
This home had been vacant for some time. The owners decided to sell, and we took on the project!
The first thing we needed to do was to paint the walls and to change the carpet.
A beautiful pale grey was chosen for both the walls (Benjamin Moore Pure White) and the carpeting.
This kitchen would not do. In its upscale neighbourhood, this home required new appliances to compete with similar properties.
New stainless appliances, a good cleaning and an elegant breakfast table go a long way as shown!
The dining room needed to be painted to brighten and modernize the space.
Elegant furnishings, lighter walls in a beautiful and trendy "greige" and modern artwork completely transform this room.
In addition to paint, the curtains needed to go. Heavy drapes block too much light, something buyers value.
Linen drapes replace the old ones, new paint, and minimal but sophisticated furnishings are enough to highlight the wow factor of this room.
Fresh painted was a given, now about that hole in the wall.....
We used soothing artwork over the freshly painted fireplace mantle to hide the former television opening. We brought in neutral, well appointed furniture to create a relaxed and comfortable family room feel.
Open concept kitchens and family rooms are common place and highly sought after. These rooms are key when staging a property for market.
