Meet or talk with Trisha and her team to learn the best approach for your home renovation $150
Renovating your home requires a great deal of time, thought, planning, careful investing and experience. Your designer will devise a plan that meets your needs, dreams and budget, and she will source all of the finishes for the project. She works alongside the contractors and trades to ensure that even the smaller of details is thought through.
With an experienced designer on board you will avoid the “I wish we’d thought of that” and you will enjoy the results of a beautiful home renovation that maximizes your homes potential and value.
See your home recreated through virtual software before you renovate. Using AutoCad and 3D software, we redesign your home, floor plan, room layouts and select new colours, fixtures and finishes throughout. Our package will allow you to tour your newly renovated home before a single hammer is swung. Virtual designs are also a more effective tool in obtaining accurate quotes from general contractors for your project.
In addition to the virtual design package, we provide sample sourcing, selection and supply of all sample finishes within the design and related to the renovation, presented to the homeowner for review and approval, and procurement in time with project schedule, eg: flooring, tile and stone, backsplashes, door and cabinet hardware, trim work, paint swatches, wallpaper, counter surfaces, plumbing fixtures, lighting etc. Service includes 2 to 4 site visits.
Design team performs site checks during the renovation and attends to on-going decisions related to the design package and the implementation of the design, including material lead times, site meetings, communication with contractor(s), architects, builders, cabinet makers and related professionals to the renovation.
